About Us
I'm Rishi, stunted in height but gifted elsewhere (my mind), I am someone who looks up to many people...
Academic, book smart and common sense are 3 things that I do not obtain.
However, quick-wit, creativity and optimism are 3 things I do.
A 'gym bro' who spends as much time in the gym as he does thinking about how to improve an idea, there's nothing under 100% that you'll get from me.
As a man who'd put his football team over his unborn children, you know I'll always be loyal to you, no matter the pressure. If I can endure 90 minutes of pure stress every weekend, imagine what I can do for your brand.
Fortunately, I’m paired with someone who keeps up, calls me out, matches my energy and brings ideas I’d never think of. Good work happens when we’re both in the room.
I'm Joe, the bigger member in the team, height, humour, intelligence (only joking, just the first two).
My talents include; Creatively inclined... that's it really. I always have a million ideas, usually extremely ambitious ones that aren't physically possible.
Nevertheless I'm actually a very interesting man, I love sport, I could have gone pro in all of them and I'm significantly better than Rishi at everything.
Jokes aside I'm a very ambitious person, I have high aspirations for myself in most that I do, especially when it comes to the work I'm producing. I'm constantly in competition with myself to get better, so you can picture the level of effort I would put into projects.
And as a team we know each other inside out, with almost 3 years working along side each other from the start of uni, we know ideas. Ambition and persistence are 2 of many things that we pride ourselves on. Our hybrid dynamic allows us to bounce an incredible amount of ideas off each other whilst remaining a certain level of composure when things get tough.
We’re perfectionists in the best (and occasionally most annoying) way. Every idea gets pushed, pulled, sharpened, and questioned until it’s something we’d fight for. If it doesn’t hit our standard, it doesn’t make it to yours.
We're really just 2 laid back guys (until it matters) who you're bound to get along with. We don’t overcomplicate things — we just show up, think hard, and make work that actually matters. If you’re after ideas with personality (and people who don’t take themselves too seriously), you’re in the right place.
